This very low km collector Skyline R33 GTR VSpec was inspected for a client. Auction sheet noted service records supplied with the car after auction, together with lock nut key. It was in excellent condition all round for a 20 year old secondhand vehicle with only a few minor points to note. Couple of the jacking points underneath squashed from use. Scrapes and scratches on the floor side members. Lower front lip scrape. Couple of pin dents on rear quarters, not really noticeable. Minor scratches on rear bumper, may buff out. Few scuffs on the driver’s seat. Couple of small stains on the floor mats, carpets underneath are clean. Steering wheel and shift knob in nice condition. Headlights smoked and would need changing for compliance.
It passed in at USS Tokyo on 3 September 2015 for 2,560,000 YEN FOB equivalent. Total price in Australia at the time for this Skyline R33 GTR VSpec would have been more than approx. $39,800 complied plus tyres and ORC’s (calculated at a rate of 86 yen to the dollar).
We only source the best vehicles with clean and tidy interiors, and only vehicles we would be pleased to own ourselves. This is why we are constantly told by clients that the vehicles we source are well above the condition of most others on the local market.
The pictures are typical of the information we provide prior to auction for each vehicle of interest, with any faults shown so you can clearly see the condition before we discuss whether to bid, and your budget.
It is vital when sourcing your vehicle to use an agent that takes the time to physically check each vehicle and looks beyond the auction pictures and report to confirm condition. Some vehicles may have an unpleasant smoke or other odour, rust underneath, or other faults which are impossible to know without inspection.

G’day Geoff
Here are some photos of my Toyota MR-2 GT that you obtained for me from Japan a few years ago and delivered to Tasmania. You may remember.
I bought the car with intention of racing it in Tarmac Rallies. So far we have run it in Targa Tasmania three times. This year we were 20th in the Classic Cars section out of a field of 100 competitors. Our car is stock except for the 17″ wheels which puts us in the highest modified class. Most of the vehicles we compete against are highly developed racing machines.
I am frequently asked where I got the car from and how to go about doing so. There is an opportunity to promote Prestige Motorsport on the vehicle if you are interested.
I hope you enjoy the photos.
Regards
Lawrie
