This classic 1977 Nissan FairladyZ 2 seater was inspected for a client at HAA Kobe auction on 9 September 2017. It was graded R (repaired) with B interior and B body (B is supposed to be clean and nice). Unknown total kms due to age.
On inspection we found a considerable amount of rust in numerous places – we did not bid for our client due to the condition.
It sold for 3,500,000 YEN FOB. Total price for import to Australia at the time would have been approx. $47,000 landed (calculated at a rate of 88 yen to the dollar).
Whether you’re looking for a 1977 Nissan FairladyZ 2 seater like this, or another year or model of vehicle we can find it for you in nice condition.
The pictures are typical of the information we provide prior to auction for each vehicle of interest, with any faults shown so you can clearly see the condition before we discuss whether to bid, and your budget.
It is vital when sourcing your vehicle to use an agent that takes the time to physically check each vehicle and looks beyond the auction pictures and report to confirm condition. Some vehicles may have an unpleasant smoke or other odour, rust underneath, or other faults which are impossible to know without inspection.

Well, it’s been a very long journey (just shy 6 months), but the car has finally arrived.
All in all, it was totally worth it!
Thanks again for all your help through the process it has been very much appreciated.
I went over the pits without any hassle and the whole process took about 45 mins. I spent most of that time chatting to the office staff trying to find out how fast the car can go.
I’ll happily recommend your services to all my jealous friends.
