I drove the Leaf 1500 km back to Townsville over the weekend.

It’s back here and straight into use. So far our fuel costs are 0 thanks to the sun.

The process was smooth and simple, just as described. The compliance workshop registered the car so we just had to pick it up and take it home. The car is in perfect condition and has even more features than was listed at the auction so we are very happy!

Car still going great. 9 bars now but added over 50,000 km of trouble free driving and still getting over 100 km range.

Great service, customer-focused outcomes and great value, helped me secure the perfect import car, thanks Geoff.

Geoff was my knight in shining armour, my guardian angel and my saviour when it came to sourcing and purchasing my Toyota Welcab in Japan. I speak Japanese and lived in Japan for many years but I didn’t know the first thing about how to get a car to Australia!

Thanks Geoff. I have been meaning to touch base and say thanks for all your help. We picked up the car last Saturday and drove it home. We absolutely love it. For a 10 year old car it is in immaculate condition and drives very nicely. It did take a little bit longer than we were hoping but it was definitely worth the wait.

Hi Geoff,

Just letting you know that I picked up the Nissan Leaf on Monday, and I am absolutely blown away by the car, it’s incredibly fun to drive.

After receiving it from the compliance workshop I was able to top it off at the mall in Rhodes, and it drove back to Port Kembla with no trouble. It’s so fast off the mark, silent, and I haven’t yet paid a cent for any fuel.

I did get a first-hand feel for Australia’s EV infrastructure after initially going to the NRMA fast charger to find it faulty, then driving to Sydney markets to find that one faulty as well.

If you recall the SOH was 81% but it still gives me 180-190km for a full charge with my regular driving. I’m using L1/2 chargers only since getting it home.

I haven’t had the language changed on the infotainment and it doesn’t pick up local FM, but I can pair my phone for online radio anyway.

Your service was excellent and the process beats buying from a local dealership. I’m sure when I’m looking for my next EV you’ll be hearing from me!
