1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR VSpec MP2

This Feb 1999 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR VSpec in MP2 (midnight purple 2) with 109,181 km was inspected for a client on 19 April 2018. VIN: BNR34-001803.

Auction grade 4 B. Auction report noted instrument cluster replaced when the car was new at 29 km.

On inspection there was quite a lot of rust to be found underneath and up into the engine bay and seams. It was also a fairly heavy smoker’s car.

The rest of the vehicle needed some general TLC in various places but appeared to be in reasonable shape.

Aftermarket parts fitted. Spare parts were included in the boot. Timing belt replaced.

It sold for 6,140,000 Yen FOB, which at the time would have been approx. $91,000 complied in Australia (calculated at 83 Yen to the dollar and allowing for Luxury Car Tax).
