This 1990 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR with 121,632 km was inspected for a client at USS Kyushu auction in October 2018. VIN: BNR32-008900.

Auction grade 4 B. Non smoker’s car in good condition overall for age. 2-owner car with records from new. Engine in very good, clean and original condition.

The meter was changed at 82,557 km on May 27 1999 (or 1997 – hard to read auction report handwriting). The meter now reads 39,075 km. Total 121,632 km.

On inspection it presented very well, and appeared well-cared for with some quality aftermarket parts. Timing belt had been changed on 5 February 2015 at 29,910 km (actually 112,467 km).

Ash tray used at some point in the past, but lighter didn’t look used – no smell inside the car and no sign of smoking.

Bonnet needed slight adjustment.

Minor surface rust underneath but nothing serious – quite good for age.

Window molds and trims were sun affected – brittle and cracked in places. This is fairly typical for Skylines of this age.

Dash was in excellent condition with no bubbling and vents were all in good shape.
