This very rare late model 1998 Toyota Supra SZ AEROTOP with only 35,000 kms was inspected for a client at USS Nagoya auction on 31 July 2015.
It sold for 980,000 YEN FOB, and is listed as an example of current prices. Total price in Australia would be approx. $17,900 complied plus tyres and ORC’s (calculated at a rate of 91 yen to the dollar).
We only source for import the best vehicles with clean and tidy interiors, and only vehicles we would be pleased to own ourselves. This is why we are constantly told by clients that the vehicles we source are well above the condition of most others on the local market.
The pictures are typical of the information we provide prior to auction for each vehicle of interest, with any faults shown so you can clearly see the condition before we discuss whether to bid, and your budget.
Whether you’d like to import a 1998 Toyota Supra SZ AEROTOP like this one, or another year, make or model, we can find it for you in nice condition.
It is vital when sourcing your vehicle to use an agent that takes the time to physically check each vehicle and looks beyond the auction pictures and report to confirm condition. Some vehicles may have an unpleasant smoke or other odour, rust underneath, or other faults which are impossible to know without inspection.
Use our online Auction Search to browse vehicles coming up for auction and research past sale prices.

I’m the happy owner of a 2003 Toyota Estima 3L Aeras S, sourced via Prestige Motorsport.
The car is immaculate (how can a 10 year old car have no gutter scrapes on the wheels!) and drives really well. Although I had a little anxiety of buying a car sight unseen, Geoff’s professional approach and his checks and balances (minimising the chance of it being a lemon) made my purchase much easier.
I think the effort involved importing a car is definitely worth it. Once you are aware of the timeframe involved, and you narrow down the list of what you are after, the range of vehicles available in Japan is amazingly large compared to local options.
I have no hesitation in recommending Prestige Motorsport.
Cheers Geoff !
